Weatherman is an Amiibrawl fighter playing for Team Abyss. He is a skin 2 Cloud.

Weatherman is a force to be reckoned with. As well as operating as a tournament manager for Amiibrawl, handling various bracket logistics in a mysterious upper management role, they are also a capable fighter in their own right. They fight their battles with their specially-made umbrella.

Weatherman has various currently unclear abilities and powers, due to a deal he made with the Abyss.

He is very much an enigma! Theories about his nature include that he may be a transdimensional entity that made its way into the amiibrawl dimensions, or perhaps the result of an anomalous, catastrophic storm in the Bermuda Triangle.

He has no known relation to Featherman, despite their similar names.

Stratus Specter

Prior to making a deal with the Abyss, what is now Weatherman used to be known as Stratus Specter. He is, or was, brothers with Binspector.

Specter was an actor, and was involved in the production of Spy Kids 7, very shortly before vanishing from the public view as such due to the Abyss. Spy Kids 7 is not available, due to... problems with production.

Weatherman is, generally speaking, not much like he was before.
