Weatherman is an Amiibrawl fighter playing for Team Abyss. He is a skin 2 Cloud.

He is very much an enigma! Theories about his nature include that he may be a transdimensional entity that made its way into the amiibrawl dimensions, or perhaps the result of an anomalous, catastrophic storm in the Bermuda Triangle. A force to be reckoned with.

They fight their battles with their specially-made umbrella.

He is brothers with Binspector. He made some sort of deal with the Abyss. He used to be named Stratus Specter.
