John is the playground self insert-turned forum roleplay character of a kid named John from somewhere else. It doesn't quite matter where. John (character) is the attempt of John (kid) to make an edgy character who definitely isn't just Sephiroth, and John (kid) is trying his best to make John (character) seem dark and mysterious, but John (kid) isn't very good at it.

In practice, John (character) is a dark imposing force who's actually really nice. He is the emblem of what John (kid) wants to be, which is just someone who's able to help as many people as possible.
