Static Miku is an Amiibrawl fighter for Team Applause. She is a skin 5 Sora.
She is a version of the indisputable collective consciousness version of Hatsune Miku, who has fallen out of the spotlight and taken on the identity of Miku's appearance in the FLAVOR FOLEY song, Static.
Appearance
While "on the stage", as she refers to it, Miku appears in a very similar outfit to that of the Miku appearing in the music video for Static, albeit modified for easier movement while fighting.
When not directly fighting, though, her appearance drastically changes. Everything about her seems significantly dulled, and, notably, everything including her hair has a significantly less saturated color. She wears a modified version of the "classic" Miku outfit that looks more like lounge wear than a uniform.

During Amiibrawl 9, Static Miku was on a team with Brie27. Since both of them wanted the spotlight, they did not get along and did not work together very well, even having a grudge match about it.
