MAX-E is an Amiibrawl fighter for Team Aluminum. It is a skin 2 R.O.B.
MAX-E (Mind Archival/eXamination Entity) is a machine of ambiguous origin. His primary goal is to obtain knowledge, and he will do anything to obtain more, moral boundaries aside. Personality-wise, MAX-E acts more akin to a stereotypical robot. He thinks logically, and not emotionally (as emotions are something he has yet to gain knowledge of).
MAX-E most likely talks more like Wikipedia than like ChatGPT, but comparisons could be drawn to either. It has not yet learned about the most effective use of swear words, but it will.
