Vice is a being completely in servitude to the plot. Whatever the story being told needs, Vice is more than happy to fulfill that need - if the plot needs a heel, aer's difficult and divisive. If it needs a hero, she's gallant and noble. If it needs a full-scale villain, they're as evil as is required to unite heroes against kir. 

Vice has made a deal with [[the Abyss]], specifically with [[Aegis]].

Vice has some dragon features.  yippee dragons.
