Ben is the former archivist for Amiibrawl who quit for unknown reasons. Despite leaving, he still has a fondness for the Amiibrawl Staff, expressing a desire to reconnect and "catch up with everybody." Additionally, he appears to have an interest in solving the [[Figure Player#Boxes|situation with the boxes]], seeming particularly distraught at [[Static Mike]]'s current condition.


He has been described by [[Planos]] as a nerd.



Ben debuted in [[Amiibrawl 11]]. He was also boxed during that tournament, though the effects were mild.

Citrine was created to replace Chartreuse, taking on the title of Figurehead of Time. However, she doesn't have the same level of power as Chartreuse or the other gods. She is armed with a webkinz named Hose that she uses to fight. She is a horse girl, being part unicorn.

Her Amiibrawl debut was in [[NBFC Gaiden 2]] on a team with [[Literally Neurodivergent And A Major]], and she made a return in [[Amiibrawl Gaiden 6]].

She is siblings with the other Figureheads, [[Cinnabar]] and [[Copper]].

Tagg Moe is an android with NFC capabilities. She was created as just a regular NFC android by her creator, [[Giz Moe]]. Her name being Tagg Moe has no relation to any android apps used to spoof Amiibos whatsoever.

She debuted in [[NBFC Gaiden 2]] alongside team leader [[Leadboy]], and while she hasn't made an appearance since she is very beloved by Giz and he brings her up every opportunity he gets.

Fuzzy Peachu debuted in [[Amiibrawl 9]] as a doubles partner for [[Leadboy]]. After a tense set against [[Team Abyss]], especially [[The Warrior]], Ark had to remotely enable their swear filter. It also said "bitch" and "no one will believe you" at The Warrior, which are the only actual words it said.

The Commentators are, well, commentators! They're a rotating cast of people that commentate on the Amiibrawl matches. Some of them focus on actual gameplay commentary and discussing mechanics, some of them are focused more on character interactions and storytelling, and they're all here for a good time. They also have varying levels of interaction with the fourth wall; this page is focused on the characters they play, but the distinction is a little blurry due to emergent storytelling also applying to themselves over the course of the Gaidens.

Some of the commentators are veterans of [[NAWBALL Fight Club]], although the canonicity of that is up in the air. They've managed to befriend [[Cinnabar]] across timelines regardless.

Commentators are generally noncombatants for various reasons, but a couple of them have ended up on [[Team Announcers]] as fun bonus guys. So far this has amounted to [[Planos]] and [[Brooke]] having to intervene in certain high-stakes fights or [[Spark]] getting kir shit kicked in by whichever Amiibrawl fighter kie's beefing with. [[Aegis]], on the other hand, is explicitly forbidden due to not having a soul to put in a [[Figure Player|token]].

The current cast of commentators is [[Planos]], Junie, [[Spark]], [[Helia]], [[Aegis]], [[Felin]], [[Lotus]], [[Furuya]], Aquelon, and [[Veev]]. Solaris was previously part of the rotation, but left the team before [[Amiibrawl Gaiden 8]]. [[Brooke]] might also be an ex-commentator and instead [[:Category:Tournament Staff|tournament staff]] now due to switching out for Junie. [[Ash]] is in a similar situation due to having been switched out for Brooke early on.

Veev, also known as Vincent or Valerie or really any other name starting with the letter V, is an announcer for Amiibrawl. She is a [fighter] [skin number].

He appeared suddenly and without warning, claiming to be from a place known as "Night City". This place cannot be found on any map made so far, and as far as most are concerned, it does not exist.

==Appearance==
Notably, most of Veev's body has been replaced with prosthetics (the term she uses is "cyberware") meant for combative purposes, yet it is also apparently a fashion statement.

==Personality==
Veev's kind of an asshole. She's loud and mean, and on first glance it would seem he doesn't care about anybody except for herself. This is a flat out lie, however, as, when given the chance, she will demand to help by any means necessary with pretty much anything he gets his hands on.

Ben is an Amiibrawl fighter representing [[Team Avant-Garde]]. He is a skin 5 Byleth.

Ben is the former archivist for Amiibrawl who quit for unknown reasons. Despite leaving, he still has a fondness for the Amiibrawl Staff, expressing a desire to reconnect and "catch up with everybody." Additionally, he appears to have an interest in solving the [[Figure Player#Boxes|situation with the boxes]], seeming particularly distraught at [[Static Mike]]'s current condition.


He has been described by [[Planos]] as a nerd.



Ben debuted in [[Amiibrawl 11]]. He was also boxed during that tournament, though the effects were mild.

Figure Players, also known as FPs, also also known as Amiibos, are the main mechanic of Amiibrawl.

All [[:Category:Fighters|Amiibrawl participants]] are FPs. In some previous lore, this was a side effect from arriving in the pocket dimension that Amiibrawl takes place in (and by pocket dimension I actually mean Space Florida); to a much larger extent, though, this is the result of a deal with [[Planos]] as a condition of participating in the tournament.

FPs have their souls stored in their NFC tag, a small white item of about the size of a coin that is usually kept on their person.

''Someone'' is doing research on FPs, including on how to edit them and on what exactly they are. [[Ark]] is also researching FPs, including by turning herself into one, though her research is presently less far along than whoever's is behind the Boxes is, or perhaps has a different focus. [[Ash]] is capable of being an FP or a Player, which is due to [[Brooke]]'s research.

According to [[Amiibologist]], who was studying FPs at New Donk University, FPs can be distinguished from CPUs, which have less variation in behaviour, and Players, which have more.

==Boxes==
Starting in [[Amiibrawl 10]], some FPs began appearing with boxes ({{Box}}) at the end of their names. The first of these was [[Katt|Katt{{Box}}]], a consequence of his recent soul transplant due to her NFC tag going missing, but then boxes started appearing at the ends of other fighters' names. If a fighter's name is the full 10 characters, the box will replace the last letter rather than being placed after it.

The boxes are a consequence of sloppy bin editing; if changes are made to a FP's soul and this is not done carefully, the box will appear. As a result, the impacts of the boxes vary from fighter to fighter. Katt{{Box}}, the only one whose boxing was Planos's fault, just seemed mildly unfocused. [[Catmint|Catmint{{Box}}]] started acting a bit weird and became faster in combat, and [[Ben|Ben{{Box}}]] just felt mildly nauseous (but may have had enhanced combat abilities; it is unclear whether this is actually the box's fault), while [[Static Mike|Static Mik{{Box}}]] was very severely affected. A presumed attempt to un-box Mik{{Box}} only made matters worse, with Static {{Box}}{{Box}}{{Box}}{{Box}} being almost entirely incoherent and only speaking in the NATO Phonetic Alphabet. For the most part, since the boxes indicate a change in the FP's very soul, boxed fighters are unlikely to be aware that anything is different, although in dramatic situations there may be exceptions.

It is currently unknown who is responsible for the boxes, though presumably it would have to be someone with access to Planos's FP technology or similar technology of their own. As far as the investigation team is concerned, [[Brooke]] is the prime suspect. [[Viking|Viking{{Box}}]] was the former prime suspect until his own boxing, although technically the prospect of a self-boxing isn't entirely off the table.

The Abyss

This article is about the ?location?. For the team named after it, see [[Team Abyss]].

The Abyss is an enigmatic force or location that impacts many events in Amiibrawl. It is the namesake of [[Team Abyss]]; many members of Team Abyss have some sort of connection to it, although some members are simply on the team for its aesthetics and some less willing Abyss experiencers are on different teams.

The Abyss offers power in some mysterious form, but operates on an exchange system: something must be offered in return.

As a location, it has been described as a dark space with something similar to a moon, or possibly several islands.

[[Aegis]] is a being from The Abyss, and has voids archive due to a deal someone made with void. It does not naturally have a soul but does own a soul (apparently, it made a deal with someone who had an extra one).

==Known Interactions==

[[Weatherman]] gave up his original identity and name to The Abyss in exchange for whatever properties he now has. (Notably, Binspector does not yet seem to be dealing with the Abyss to get him back, instead focusing his research on the properties of [[FP]]s.)

[[Ark]] is researching the Abyss for mad science reasons. As a combination science experiment and trade, she pushed [[Hash]] into the Abyss, causing him to become very glitchy and lose a lot of himself; if either of them gained powers from this, they have not clearly revealed it.

As a prize for the winner of [[Amiibrawl Gaiden 5]], Weatherman offered an opportunity to gaze into The Abyss. [[Blue Gatorade]] was the champion of that tournament. As far as we are aware, he does not seem to have made a deal with the Abyss, but he was able to see Hash in there and thus enable Hash's rescue.

OSHA dog is your average worker. Their workplace is very dangerous and very not OSHA compliant, so he has made it his duty to travel the multiverse in his limited vacation days to enforce OSHA guidelines in their workplaces. He heard Amiibrawl had many OSHA violations, and he's here to investigate since no one else will.

Literally Neurodivergent And A Major, LNAAM (pronounced Liam) for short, is a fighter in Amiibrawl, playing for [[Team Acceptance]]. Their fighter type is Lucario, skin 8.

LNAAM is literally neurodivergent and previously a minor. With their special move "Callout post," they're here to make a scene on the battlefield- just make sure you aren't on their scenecore carrd's DNI list.

They debuted in [[NBFC Gaiden 2]] alongside their teammate [[Citrine]], although the announcers weren't sure they understood what the point of Team Acceptance is. They later appeared in [[Amiibrawl Gaiden 5]] under the alias Your Lost Child on [[Team Alive]], a skin 2 Young Link with Son Scotch vibes. A 3-stock caused them to snap and be rebranded to Lost Chill, and further frustration led to them putting on their fursuit and revealing their true identity.

They have beef with [[Action Replay]], or possibly resolved their beef at Ikea.

They were previously known as Literally Neurodivergent And A Minor, but during the multi-year hiatus between 2022 and 2025, they became an adult.

Brie27 is a fighter for [[Team Applause]]. She is a skin 2 Isabelle.

Brie27 is an adorable dog with a blog, and also a 27th dimensional entity. She aims to make her blog the biggest there is.

She debuted in [[Amiibrawl Gaiden 4]] and was disappointed by everyone she talked to (besides [[Katt]]) being "kind of a dick". Her status as a well-known influencer, a funny character, and maybe the only person on the team that knows what she's doing led to her usurping [[Tumblr Sexyman]] as the leader of Team Applause. (He doesn't seem to have realized that yet.)

Brie27 is quick to ban people from her blog for minor slights such as calling her a puppy, revealing spoilers of her pronouns, or losing a set against her.

During the hiatus between the Gaidens and [[Amiibrawl 9|The Return]], a lot happened in Brie27's dimension. She went to war, apparently. She now has a "blogblog", a blog where she reviews other blogs, which is kind of a pyramid scheme.

In [[Amiibrawl 9]], she was on a team with [[Static Miku]]. Because they both wanted the spotlight, they did not get along, even having a grudge match about it. She also participated in a Cheese Weather special match against [[Velveeta]].

'''Furuya''' is an commentator for Amiibrawl and (allegedly) a fighter under the Announcers team, it's mainly represented as a skin 2 Zero Suit Samus. It's the stand-in for the commentator [[User:OldestHouse|Pony]]. They use they/it pronouns but do often refer themselves with plural first-person pronouns as they contain multitudes (in a Plural Way).

A relative newcomer to amiibrawl and technically an overseer (their term for it is a Branch Manager) of a different world but they use this space to take some time away from its usual duties.

A cat person with brown hair and bright blue highlights wearing a ponytail at various lengths depending if they're in battle or not. In battles, it wears its ponytail high and tight like ZSS, while outside of that it wears its ponytail quite low and loose. They do wear ZSS's jet boots in battle but it finds it very uncomfortable so they'd rather wear its own hi-cut sneakers outside of battle. Normally they wear a cool white coat with an popped collar outside of amiibrawl, but they decided to tie said coat on their waist instead.


Furuya is essentially an aggregate entity that contains five distinct individuals/fragments codenamed: Brush, Mirror, Ribbon, em, and Clock.

Furuya has previously fought a [https://ahatintime.wiki.gg/wiki/Hat_Kid powerful entity] who was extremely overpowered with the unmatched energy of pure Freedom (American) within [https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3339682666 The Declaration of Independence], where that specific encounter resulted in Furuya overexerting themselves to the point of having to outright nuke that specific instance of the timeline they managed. It often feels guilty about that necessary outcome and will very much try its damn hardest to prevent a situation where they have to do that again.

Binspector, also known as Ben Specter, is an Amiibrawl fighter representing [[Team Avant-Garde]]. He is a skin 5 Byleth.

Binspector is an ex-member of the Amiibrawl staff who seems to have the ability to edit [[FP]]s. Little is known about this ability, as he is relatively secret about it. Nobody knows where he got this ability either, although some suspect conflict with [[:Category:Commentators|Amiibrawl's upper management]]...



Ben debuted in [[Amiibrawl 11]]. He was also boxed during that tournament.

Project: Spark is an announcer for Amiibrawl and a participant in [[NAWBALL Fight Club]]. Kie's the stand-in for commentator [[User:Pat|Pat]] and a skin 4 Shulk by default. Thanks to being repeatedly 3-stocked and rebuilt, however, kie's functionally a random hodgepodge of other fighters held together with hopes, dreams, and duct tape. Spark uses kie/kir/kirself pronouns, as well as they/them and occasionally he/him.

Spark is very impulsive, very enthusiastic, and very loud. Kie tries to keep the mood up, and kir commentary is either cheering people on, teasing kir fellow commentators, or laughing like a weird bird. Due to being programmed as a combat robot first and foremost, kie's very eager to pick fights with the contestants, such as kir personal demon [[Tumblr Sexyman]]. This does not go well for kir.

Kie is one of [[Ark]]'s creations, and is a prototype fighter intended to learn and evolve through winning and losing. In practice, Project: Spark is a glitchy mess prone to physical and mental malfunction. Ark attempted to balance this out by reconfiguring and upgrading kir whenever kie failed in a particularly spectacular way, but if anything that only made kir issues worse. Something must have worked eventually, though, because during what should've been standard testing Spark somehow awoke to new potential beyond what should be possible for a CPU. Unfortunately for Ark, one of the first things Spark did after kir evolution to Player status was bail on her.

[[Ray]] was built to replace kir, and kie's not thrilled to see them or Ark as competitors. That doesn't stop kir from rooting for Ark's other creations like [[Pink Drink]], [[Matcha Latte]], [[Calliope]], and [[Fuzzy Peachu]]. Kie also favors [[Hash]] and [[V]] because of them both being glitches, and kie sympathizes with Hash in particular seeing as kir creator's the one that threw him into the Abyss.

==NAWBALL Fight Club==
In the NAWBALL Fight Club continuity, Spark is still actively being worked on by Ark; the strange quirks of the pocket dimensions and the people within make the Fight Club a good environment for stress testing, and while Spark is prone to mistakes kie's been showing improvement. Part of being actively worked on includes being actively upgraded with modular parts kie can switch between using the Variable Fighter System that Ark engineered. Kie switches fighters frequently as a result, and while Shulk remains kir baseline kie often switches to Mega Man skin 7, Sonic skin 7, or Roy skin 2. The Variable Fighter System is just as much a work in progress as Spark is, however, and overuse can scramble kir into a random fighter kie needs to adapt to on the fly.

This version of Spark admires Hackerman J0hn (due to having been (re)built using his blueprints as reference), and was devastated by his conversion into Liquid Crystal; kie already distrusted Prism, but after seeing J0hn get overwritten kie made it kir goal to beat some sense into him or get scrapped trying. On a less serious note, kie's exasperated by the Figureheads and their antics, especially [[Cinnabar]]'s failboy swag.

* Beverage-wise, Spark is most likely a pumpkin spice latte. Kie is blissfully unaware of this.
* According to [[NBFC Gaiden 2]], kie lives in Moray Towers.
* Spark has a personal Twitter kie uses to fanboy (fanbot?) over Amiibrawl while hiding kir identity as an announcer.
** Kie is a Hash stan and super embarrassing about it. Kie makes flower crown edits.

She has a lot of very relevant knowledge and has figured out a few major technologies that other researchers are struggling to discover, but no one has asked her the right questions to find out these facts or told her the right things to cause her to realize how relevant her skills are.

Brooke is a catgirl. She forms a trio of vaguely unhinged catgirls with [[Ark]] and [[Catmint]].

Brooke's tournament debut was in [[Amiibrawl 11]]. She became a prime suspect for the slew of boxings that occurred during the tournament, and was arrested at the end of the tournament.

Static Miku is an Amiibrawl fighter for [[Team Applause]]. She is a skin 5 Sora.

She is a version of the indisputable collective consciousness version of Hatsune Miku, who has fallen out of the spotlight and taken on the identity of Miku's appearance in the [https://flavorfoley.bandcamp.com/album/static| FLAVOR FOLEY song, Static.]

She debuted in [[Amiibrawl 9]].

==Appearance==
While "on the stage", as she refers to it, Miku appears in a very similar outfit to that of the Miku appearing in the [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KlTNKOnfXFk| music video] for Static, albeit modified for easier movement while fighting.

When not directly fighting, though, her appearance drastically changes. Everything about her seems significantly dulled, and, notably, everything including her hair has a significantly less saturated color. She wears a modified version of the "classic" Miku outfit that looks more like lounge wear than a uniform.

==Personality==
Static Miku, after the tragic loss of [[Static Mike|somebody she doesn't quite remember]], has had... a drastic and violently emotional change.

She has left the spotlight, running headfirst into the darkness, on a desperate search to ensure that whatever happened does not happen to her. She has taken this as a sign- she must change, or the world will leave her behind, forgotten.

==Activity In Amiibrawl==
During [[Amiibrawl 9]], Static Miku was on a team with [[Brie27]]. Since both of them wanted the spotlight, they did not get along and did not work together very well, even having a grudge match about it.
